A spring-bouquet website for a love story that crossed continents
Case study: Aghalya & Munshya
A destination wedding, and a love story worth telling
Aghalya and Munshya's story began with a message, grew on a university campus and became certain in Bangkok. On the 14th of January he proposed, and they planned their wedding in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, for family and friends travelling from around the world.
They wanted guests to feel part of that story from the moment they opened the invitation, and to arrive knowing exactly where to be and what to wear.

The challenge
A destination wedding in Malaysia, with guests flying in from several countries. Everyone needed the same clear details (the date, the venue, the dress code, visas and places to stay) in a website that felt as joyful as the couple.
The approach
I took the colours straight from their dress code, blush, peach and soft green. Their story became a letter to the "Dearest Gentle Reader", with a timeline from the first message to the proposal, and every practical answer sat one tap away.
The outcome
A website that feels like Aghalya and Munshya, romantic, a little playful and beautifully clear. It works just as well on a phone in an airport as on a laptop at home.
A website that feels like them
Their names in rose-pink script, arched photo frames and soft washes of colour drifting behind the page like petals in a breeze. The love story reads like a letter, the events page answers every question, and the whole site was rebuilt by hand so it loads quickly on any device.

A fresh spring bouquet
Their dress code asked guests to bloom in blush, peach and soft green, so the website blooms too. A deeper rose pink ties the names and buttons together.
