Making solar simple to choose
Iconus Energy Solutions brings green, reliable energy to homes, businesses and farms in Ghana and across West Africa. They began with solar lights that double as phone chargers, and grew into the authorised partner of six global brands: Hanchu ESS, Luxor Solar, Curenta, Renusol, Fossibot and Megarevo.
Most customers don't know which inverter, battery or panel they need. Iconus wanted a website that helps them work it out, and turns a curious visitor into a conversation with an engineer.

The challenge
Six brands, dozens of products and a lot of technical detail. Visitors needed to find the right system without being engineers, and every enquiry needed to reach the Iconus team quickly.
The approach
I organised the catalogue two ways, by partner brand and by need (home backup, three phase, EV charging, solar panels, mounting and portable power). A four-question sizer recommends a system, and one quote list works across every brand, with replies by WhatsApp, phone or email.
The outcome
A custom-coded website with 36 product pages, downloadable datasheets, warranty and finance support, and a private inbox where the team marks each request new, contacted or done. It is live now and replaces their earlier Wix site.
Built to feel as dependable as the systems they sell
A deep forest-green design with fresh sage accents, product photos that glow as you move over them, and a home page where the opening photo shrinks into a card as you scroll while products fly out around it. Every page works beautifully on a phone, with WhatsApp one tap away.

Calm, grounded greens say "reliable", while a bright sage picks out every button and next step. In the catalogue, each partner brand has its own accent colour.
