Tell us what happened
Send the product name, serial number and a photo or video of the fault on WhatsApp or the form.

We diagnose remotely
Most issues can be checked through the monitoring app, often the same day.

Site visit if needed
An engineer visits to test the system and confirm the fault.

Repair or replace
We handle the claim with the manufacturer and fit the repaired or replacement part.

What warranty do I get?
It depends on the product: Hanchu batteries and hybrid inverters carry 10 years, the Hanchu EV charger 3 years, Luxor panels 30 years (product and performance), and Fossibot power stations 2 + 3 years. Every product page lists its warranty. Claims go through iConus.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Through our partner SIC Life Savings & Loans you can spread the cost of a solar system over at least 2 years, depending on system size. Call us to check if you qualify.

We are based in Accra and deliver across Ghana.
How do I monitor my system?
We set up the manufacturer’s app at commissioning, for example Hanchu iESS, so you can see production, usage and battery level on your phone.
